When a loved one had a last-minute surgery planned, I placed a same day order mid-day Saturday. The owner herself called me to advise on the challenge with the logistics and timing of my order…but when she heard how important the delivery was, she personally took matters into her own hands and made a special delivery on my behalf. 5 stars for amazing communication! I reviewed funeral options and found Seithels had better prices for equally nice arrangements than the provider the funeral home suggested. Decided to go out on my own for the delivery and I’m glad I did-no issues, again, great communications and I appreciate that as I’m across the country from the funeral home.

I never write reviews, but absolutely had to - WOW! Needed a fabulous arrangement for my daughter - big, important weekend, but couldn't be there with her. When she went to her building office, she thought the arrangement was part of their display - she was stunned! AND, I even received a call from the office staff saying they were the most beautiful they have seen. Flowers were gorgeous and smelled incredible. Thank You! Will only be ordering from Seithel's.
